Filtering units of those type are designed to configure the machines of metal thermal cutting. Those filtering units can be used in other spheres in case of big quantities of solid particles in dusty air.
They are assembled with the modular panels, that provide the modular structure of the filtering plant. Filtering plant is made of steel with the further powder painting. Dusty air, containing the particles of dust, received during the production process, is transported towards the filtering chamber: heavier particles are settled down in the settling chamber and collected in the storage chamber of the filtering unit, while the air containing the small and light particles is filtered in the cartridge filters with PTFE membrane. Filtering unit provides the fine filtration. Cartridge filters with PTFE membrane ensure the fine filtration of the air with the size of solid particles starting from 0,13mcm, level of air cleaning is 99,9%, that gives a possibility to return the clean air back to the workshop.
Cartridge filters are cleaned with the jets of compressed air, that are controlled by electronic economiser, it optimises the duration of the flow and the time range of the compressed air supply. Filtering unit for thermal cutting includes
filtering chamber, settling chamber, blower with high power of intake and high efficiency, bins for dust discharge, supporting legs, inlet for the incoming air, that contains dust and gases, outlet for the filtered air, inspection doors, window from organic glass.
