Multi-purpose sanding complex is intended for sanding and finishing of the bulky, large articles and pre-assembled constructions, also used for cleaning of articles from the dust with the means of pneumatic tools before providing the last layer of polish. Working principle of the complex is based on the extraction of the dusty air, containing the suspended particles of dust with the further cleaning by filtering elements and return of the clean air back into the working area by creating the directed air flow. Filtered dust is collected into the container, simple in cleaning.
Multi-purpose sanding complex has two zones of dust extraction:
1) Active vertical panel;
2) Active floor for the total depth of the complex with the equal elimination of dust through the total surface or through the integrated sanding bench.
Cleaning of the air is provided with the help of cartridge filters of durable usage, that are cleaned by the jets of the compressed air in automatic mode. The average life cycle of such filters makes up to three-five years.
Multi-purpose sanding complex corresponds to the norms of fire- and explosion safety (ATEX). It has in the unit:
– cartridge filters made of antistatic polyester;
– explosionproof motor;
– sparkproof and explosionproof blower, staticaly and dynamicaly balanced. Сoefficient of efficiency of the complex is 79%.
