Filtering plant with cartridge filters is designed to clean the air from smokes and gazes, that appear during the process of welding. Filtering units of that serie can be also used in other spheres in case of small quantities of solid particles in the dusty air.
Gases-containing air is transported into the filtering chamber. Air is filtered with the help of cartridge filters, clean air is returned into the atmosphere (in workshop).
Cartridges are cleaned with the jets of compressed air. Supply of the compressed air is regulated by the control panel and provided under pressure 5-6 bar in a definite period of time set on control panel. Minimum speed in filters ensures the stable work of the filtering unit and long period of cartridge filters usage. Casing of each module of the filtering plant is made of painted metal panels; it includes inlet for the air, filtering chamber, hopper for dust discharge, container for dust, pneumatic valves, receiver for the air, supporting legs, seal and blower.
