Mobile extraction plants are designed for the local extraction and filtration of the welding dust and gazes, small quantities of metal dust. Dusty air is sucked into the plant, cleaned by cartridge filters and returned back into the workshop. Cleaning of the cartridge filters is provided by compressed air in automatic mode. Service life of cartridge filters is long, while used correctly, and makes up 2-3 years. Dust collection is made into the bin in the bottom part of the filtering unit.
Coonstruction features and advantages:

Ø catches not less than 85% of harmful substances directly from the source of their appearance;
Ø cleans up to 99,9% of dust;
Ø It is enabled to move the plant in any part of the workshop with the help of wheels, if there is the connection of the compressed air and electricity;
Ø nonflammable filters;
Ø Extraction unit, that can be installed on that model, can be rotated around the axle of the support for 180º;
Ø pulse-jet filter cleaning system.
