Warranty service

A set of measures provided by the warranty to check the operation of equipment, identify malfunctions and eliminate them, namely:

Checking the completeness and condition of the equipment.
Inspection of individual equipment units (auger, reducer, motors, fan, dispenser, filter, receiver, level sensor, valve, drive belts, rubber blades, plastic products, light bulbs, fuses, bearings, lead screws and their nuts, gear segments, gears wheels).
Check the availability and quantity of lubricants.
Refueling / refueling of lubricants.
Cleaning of separate units of the equipment.
If necessary, replace parts or individual components.
The warranty service does not cover the elimination of defects in filtering equipment (paid by the Customer) caused by the following factors:

Improper use or external force (eg scratches, dents, other deformations).
Pollution of any origin.
Repairs and other actions in relation to filtering equipment, if they were performed by specialists who have not been trained in the Supplier’s company.
Damage during transport of equipment.
Failure to comply with the operating conditions specified in the “Instructions for use of equipment”.
