Diagnosis of the aspiration system

A set of measures and research aimed at establishing the causes of malfunctions and incorrect operation of aspiration systems and paint complexes in general and providing recommendations for their elimination.

The diagnostic complex includes:

• Inspection of recording and photo-fixing equipment (fan (s), filter unit, supply unit, painting chambers, etc.).
• Inspection of filter elements, measurement of diameters, lengths, type (photofixation).
• Drawings of the aspiration scheme, location of machines, photofixation.
• Measurements of diameters, branch pipes of machines, quantity.
• Measurements of pressure, speed, flow in the main line (s).
• Measurements of pressure, speed, costs before and after installation with contaminated filters (if possible).
• Measurements of pressure, speed, flow before and after installation with clean filters (if possible).
• Measurements of pressure, speed, costs on the nozzles of machines (all / partially).
• Fan vibration measurement (s).

Conclusions on the system:

• Correspondence of the received data to the declared in the technical documentation.
• Establishing the causes of incorrect system operation.
• Identifying system flaws.
• Recommendations for improving the performance of systems.
