Painting booths with water screen TBS- W – Is the ideal solution for work with medium and large volumes of production. While using booths of that type the maximum high quality of gloss is reached due to the fine filtration of the air and it’s moistening in the premises. TBS-W are very simple for the periodic cleaning, however the used volumes of water demand the staged filtration and further utilization of the received wastes. Booths are furnished with the gauge of pressure loss to detect the clogging of the filters. Process of cleaning of the air flow is produced in two stages: first stage includes the absorption and settlement of the solid particles (paint powder, lacquers and solvents) by water screen, second stage – cleaning of the air by fiberglass filter.

Speed of the air flow – 0.4 m/sec. Booths of that type are designed to work with paintwork materials that include solvents.
