Screw agitator is intended for transportation of friable or small-lumb materials from the place of their storage to equipment for their further treatment – packaging equipment, etc. Screws can be the part of briquettes production line, made of chips, husk; can be the part of equipment for production of foam concrete, slag stone; it doses friable materials or supplies friable materials inside of the burner, etc.

– U-type construction of screw;
– construction is fully closed by removable covers;
– motorreducer drive;
– spiral of the screw is solid-drawn;
– screw is made of painted steel.

Main supplying part is the stud of the screw. Regulation of efficiency can be made with the help of frequency converter (not included in the unit of supply). Transported material is filled up in the storaging bunker, placed at the end of the screw pipe; material is moved to the outlet from another end of the pipe.
